At Wake-Up Call, we want every visit to brighten your day. Because our coffee, specialty drinks, fresh boba, energy fusions, and baked goods are freshly prepared and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on any food or beverage items once they leave our drive-thru window. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your drink or food item is not prepared exactly to your satisfaction, please let our baristas know immediately before you leave the window, and we will happily remake it for you on the spot at no additional charge.
